Thank you for choosing HoneySouq.com. We're committed to delivering premium natural honey and honey-based products safely, securely, and on time. This policy explains how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Delivery locations

HoneySouq currently delivers across all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates:

  • Abu Dhabi
  • Dubai
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah

We're continually expanding our delivery network to serve more customers.

2. Order processing

Orders are processed once payment is successfully confirmed.

  • Orders placed Monday to Saturday, before our daily cut-off time, are usually processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

During promotional campaigns or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer — we'll flag this at checkout where possible.

These are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimate given at checkout, you have the right to cancel it for a full refund — see our Refund & Return Policy for details.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order value
  • Any active promotional offers

We occasionally offer free delivery on eligible orders. Any shipping charge that applies to your order is shown in full, in AED, before you complete payment — there are no hidden delivery fees added afterward.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll typically receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • An SMS notification, where available
  • Tracking information, where available

6. Delivery requirements

To help ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate:

  • Delivery address
  • Mobile number
  • Recipient name
  • Any special delivery instructions

HoneySouq isn't responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

7. Failed delivery attempts

If delivery can't be completed because:

  • You're unavailable to receive the order
  • The delivery address provided was incorrect
  • Your contact number is unreachable
  • Delivery is refused

our courier partner will attempt to contact you or arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated attempts caused by any of the above.

8. Inspection upon delivery

We recommend inspecting your package as soon as it arrives. If you notice:

  • Damaged packaging
  • A broken product
  • An incorrect item
  • A missing item

9. Delivery delays

We aim to deliver every order on time, but occasional delays may happen due to circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, public holidays, traffic disruptions, courier operational issues, or government restrictions. We appreciate your patience if this happens, and where a delay is significant, you remain covered by the cancellation right described in Section 3.

10. International shipping

At present, HoneySouq delivers within the United Arab Emirates only. If we introduce international shipping in the future, we'll publish the update on this page.
