Honey Ginger Lemon Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tbs fresh ginger peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbs honey raw
  • 1 tbs fresh lemon juice

  • Boil the GingerIn a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the sliced ginger and simmer for about 8–10 minutes.
  • Strain and Cool SlightlyRemove from heat and strain the tea into a cup or teapot. Let it cool slightly so it’s warm, not boiling.
  • Add Lemon and HoneyStir in the fresh lemon juice and honey. Make sure the tea is not too hot, as that can destroy honey’s nutrients.
