Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tbs fresh ginger peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbs honey raw
  • 1 tbs fresh lemon juice

Method

  1. Boil the GingerIn a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the sliced ginger and simmer for about 8–10 minutes.
  2. Strain and Cool SlightlyRemove from heat and strain the tea into a cup or teapot. Let it cool slightly so it’s warm, not boiling.
  3. Add Lemon and HoneyStir in the fresh lemon juice and honey. Make sure the tea is not too hot, as that can destroy honey’s nutrients.
  4. Serve and EnjoySip slowly and enjoy this soothing, immune-boosting drink. Great for mornings, cold days, or when you're feeling under the weather.
